\nSaat ini, wabah Covid-19 masih menjadi ancaman serius bagi masyarakat di seluruh dunia. Salah satu cara penyebaran virus ini adalah melalui udara. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi kita untuk mengenal dan mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 melalui udara.<\/p>\n

Menurut Dr. Wiku Adisasmito, Juru Bicara Satuan Tugas Penanganan Covid-19, penyebaran virus melalui udara dapat terjadi ketika seseorang yang terinfeksi batuk atau bersin. Partikel virus yang dihasilkan dapat bertahan di udara dalam waktu yang cukup lama dan dapat terhirup oleh orang lain yang berada di sekitarnya.<\/p>\n

Untuk mencegah penyebaran virus melalui udara, ada beberapa langkah yang dapat kita lakukan. Pertama, menggunakan masker dengan benar saat berada di tempat umum atau berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Dr. Dicky Budiman, Epidemiolog Universitas Griffith, menekankan pentingnya penggunaan masker untuk melindungi diri sendiri dan orang lain.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, kita juga perlu menjaga kebersihan tangan dengan mencuci tangan secara rutin menggunakan sabun atau hand sanitizer. Dr. Dicky menambahkan bahwa virus dapat menempel di tangan kita dan dapat dengan mudah menyebar ke bagian tubuh lainnya jika tidak menjaga kebersihan tangan.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, ventilasi ruangan juga perlu diperhatikan. Dr. Irwanto, pakar kesehatan lingkungan, menyarankan untuk sering membuka jendela atau menggunakan alat ventilasi untuk menyirkulasi udara segar di dalam ruangan. Hal ini dapat membantu mengurangi konsentrasi partikel virus di udara.<\/p>\n

Dengan mengenal dan mencegah penyebaran Covid-19 melalui udara, kita dapat membantu mengurangi risiko penularan virus ini. Mari kita bersama-sama menjaga kesehatan diri dan orang lain dengan menerapkan langkah-langkah tersebut. Tetap waspada dan patuhi protokol kesehatan yang telah ditetapkan agar kita semua dapat melawan pandemi ini bersama-sama.
